Established on October 1st, 2005, we are a young company with lots of experience. We used to be M. Ludwig & Sons Limited (MLS).

MLS was sold to Bruce R. Smith Limited on September 30, 2005.

The sale alleviated the company's resources from specific traffic lanes so we could now focus on our core competencies ... vegetables, produce, and north/south refrigerated traffic.
